At Kasco Communications, we take safety seriously with a zero tolerance policy. We provide weekly shop safety meetings where we meet with our crews to gain valuable feedback on ways to improve safety. Random site audits are performed to ensure all safety procedures are being upheld and daily “Toolbox Safety Meetings” are conducted to encourage staff to discuss the potential hazards for each job task for the day. Our goal is zero accidents. At the end of the day we believe that no job task is more important than a life. We want everyone to make it home to their family at the end of every shift.
